Lynn Minmay from SDF-1 Macross
re-creation

Our biggest challenge was to re-create this beautiful character for a 6'3" client.
Everything had to be scaled up for the client, even custom footwear had to be made.

A nice play of textures, with varying shades of pink.
We designed a box-pleat skirt... 8 panels total.

There is a pretty glass stone that adorns the satin necktie.
A frilly pink petticoat underneath the dress, and custom boot covers.
We had to enlist the help of a cobbler, to fabricate our size-15 pumps.

Scottish Minmay from "Do You Remember Love?".

Lovely worsted wool, imported from Scotland.
Note: After much research, we noticed that Lynn Minmay's plaid closely resembled the Munro Family tartan.

The costume also has a wool beret, dress shirt, delicate slip and custom boot covers.
We had to enlist the help of a cobbler, to fabricate our size-15 pumps.

Lynn Minmay from the television series.

We liked this simple dress, with satin details.

A delicate yellow slip underneath the dress and custom shoes.
We had to enlist the help of a cobbler, to fabricate our size-15 open-toe shoes.
